Who is guiding your steps?
We can finally answer at least one of your questions. Where are you going next? After much prayer and conversation with the Ministry, we are feeling called to the site in Fort Myers, Florida. The Fort Myers Site has been active since just after Hurricane Ian in September of 2022. We are so excited to be a part of what God is doing in Fort Myers!
Unfortunately, this still doesn't answer our second most asked question, When? The answer to this question is known only to God as we are seeking individuals and churches to come alongside us as monthly or yearly financial partners. Once we have our full financial support raised, we will be able to move to Fort Myers, Florida. Our desire is for this to be sooner rather than later but we trust God's timing as He moves in people's hearts to partner with us.

As Christians, we often ask Jesus to guide our steps. It is easy to ask but then once He starts to guide us, we take over because we think we know the whole path. The last year has been humbling in that we have had to trust Him for one step at a time. Trusting Him should not be a surprise. God says He will be WITH us as we go, not He will point us in the right direction and we can take it from there. I can admit that is how I felt. As a family we feel we are in His will and seeking the directions he has for us with Crisis Response so it was easy to jump to conclusions and assume we would be headed to a new site in no time, on our time. We have learned that we don’t need to know God’s exact timeline. We just need to trust His plan and timing

Adeline is currently in Nashville, TN with her dad and bonus mom. Pray for a great visit and a safe return March 23.
The Coastal Pregnancy Care Center is having their annual Fundraising Event, tonight, March 14, 2024. The theme is Known by Name and we will be talking and presenting Jacob. Last year, we spoke on the miracle of creation and shared our personal experience of our first ultrasound confirming our pregnancy, as clients. Pray that all goes well with our presentation and Jacob enjoys being up past his bedtime!
Pray for our partnership development process! God is working and we want to be obedient. Pray that we continually hand the reins over to God and follow his lead!
Pray for parenting wisdom and homeschooling. We have our ups and downs and are still navigating this transition.
Praise reports
Jacob and Kristen fully recovered from the Flu earlier this month.
Ellis and Adeline avoided getting the Flu and remained healthy the entire time.
PT Dev, our annual training went well for all who could attend. Due to the flu, we ended up having to participate online from the comfort of our couch. We missed seeing everyone but were blessed to be able to join in with today's technology.
Ellis had a great trip to the Ignite event in Lynchburg, VA with the men from Kristen’s family and friends.
We are blessed to have a happy and healthy 8 month old and a great big sister to help with him. It is a joy to see the love they have for each other.
